Sequins, tulle and a great deal of crystal
Princess-inspired pairs are where the fabric work gets most involved. Layered tulle shaped to suggest a ballgown, sequins chosen to catch light from a particular angle, a jewelled centre that anchors the whole thing. These take the longest to make and they show it.
They're also the most popular pairs for first trips and birthdays. If you're buying for a child, note that everything here is built on a lightweight headband with velvet trim where it sits against the head — the single most common complaint about park ears is that they hurt after a few hours, and that's almost always a hard plastic headband with no padding.
